Revenues increased +9.46%, with EBITDA marking +9.61%, consolidating the trend of expansion and operational resilience. Net income increased +6.37%, confirming financial strength and the ability to maintain high margins in a competitive market.<\/p>\n<p>Renewed the company&#8217;s Board of Directors with the confirmations of Michela Nanni as Chairman of the Board and CEO, Tommaso Molinari and Pietro Torchi Lucifora as directors, the former with extended delegations to the development of foreign activities and the latter with the position also of General Manager, in addition to these is the entry of Dr. Claudio Battini with the appointment of director and was also renewed the Supervisory Board &#8211; L231 in which the lawyer Michele Delrio took the position of President.<\/p>\n<p>Growth was supported by further geographic expansion. Entry into the North American market led the Canadian subsidiary to obtain multi-year contracts for green maintenance along Highway 401and HWY 410, one of the continent&#8217;s most strategic and busiest junctions.
