\nThe Canadian subsidiary of the Ecogest Group \u2013 through the holding company Greenway Group, the business arm of the Molinari family \u2013 has completed the acquisition of 100% of Greenbrier Landscaping, a company with over 25 years of experience in urban and infrastructure green space maintenance in the province of Ontario.
\nThe transaction, with a total value of \u20ac2.3 million in assets and backlog, represents a further step in the consolidation of Ecogest North America’s presence in Canada, where it already has numerous contracts along the country’s main roads.

Ecogest North America thus confirms its role as an international player in the environmental and infrastructure maintenance sector. In Italy, Ecogest is one of the leading national operators, with over 8,200 kilometers of road and highway network managed throughout the peninsula.
