The new three-year contract covers some of the region’s major thoroughfares, including the Aurelia, Cassia, Flaminia, and Umbro Laziale.
Ravenna, September 17, 2026 — Ecogest SpA, a company specializing in roadside and highway landscaping maintenance, has secured a major new contract in Lazio. ANAS SpA awarded the company Lot 1 for landscaping maintenance and cleaning along over 355 kilometres of the Lazio road network.
The contract has a total value of over 979,000 euros and a three-year duration.
The new contract covers a road network that is strategic for regional mobility and includes sections of some of Lazio’s major state highways: the Aurelia and Aurelia Bis, the Cassia, the Flaminia, the Maremmana, State Highway 698 leading to the Port of Civitavecchia, and State Highway 675 “Umbro Laziale.”
This contract award confirms Ecogest’s ability to operate on extensive road networks characterized by high traffic volumes, through a green space management model increasingly focused on traffic safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

The activities covered by the contract will include the maintenance of green spaces and the cleaning of roadside areas, with specific interventions focused on managing vegetation along the assigned sections. Work will be planned according to the characteristics of the network and traffic flows, utilizing specialized personnel, vehicles, and dedicated equipment.
The experience Ecogest has gained in managing infrastructure green spaces will allow the company to apply an operational model based on planning, technology, and specialization to this new contract as well, with the goal of ensuring effective interventions while minimizing the impact on traffic flow.
With this new contract award, Ecogest strengthens its position in the infrastructure green space maintenance sector and consolidates its partnership with ANAS in managing a road network that is strategic for the Lazio region.
