The Ravenna-based company has secured a three-year contract for the maintenance of green spaces along the Pedemontana Lombarda Highway.
Meanwhile, expansion in Canada and the United States continues
Ravenna, October 13, 2026 — Ecogest S.p.A., a company specializing in landscaping maintenance and environmental services related to road and highway infrastructure, strengthens its portfolio in Italy and brings the value of new contracts on the domestic market in 2026 to over 10 million euros. This milestone follows the award of a contract for the maintenance of green spaces on properties owned by Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda S.p.A. and at its associated facilities.
The new three-year contract is worth a total of 3,209,783.92 euros, and further consolidates the Ravenna-based company’s presence in the environmental maintenance sector for Italian road and highway infrastructure.
“This is great news for our company and another step forward in Ecogest’s growth across Italy’s highway system,” commented Valerio Molinari, majority shareholder of Ecogest S.p.A. With this award, we’ve further expanded the number of concessionaires we’ve had the opportunity to work with over the years, bringing us to a nearly complete presence in the highway sector. “This is an achievement we are proud of, but it also carries significant responsibility, which we will meet, as always, with professionalism and quality.”
This new contract follows a strong first half of 2026 that had already brought in over 7 million euros in new contracts in Italy, further strengthening Ecogest’s presence in the domestic market. Throughout the year, the company continued to secure new contracts on the national highway network, to which is now added the three-year contract for the Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda.
The Company’s consolidation in Italy is progressing alongside its expansion into the Canadian and U.S. markets, where Ecogest is committing over 2.5 million euros in investments and human resources for the 2026–2027 period, to support its international growth. This expansion is also backed by two bond issuances completed in 2026 , totaling 8 million euros.
“We continue to grow in Italy while expanding our international presence. These are two complementary pillars of our strategy: consolidating what we have built in the domestic market while creating the conditions for increasingly solid and sustainable growth in international markets.”
