Ecogest expanding in the us: operating subsidiary established in Virginia

3 June 2026

Ravenna, 28 May 2026 – Ecogest S.p.A., an Italian group active in the environmental and infrastructural maintenance of road and motorway networks, announces the establishment of Ecogest Virginia Corp, a US-registered company wholly owned by the holding company Ecogest Corporation USA, which in turn is owned by the Italian parent company based in Ravenna.

The new company, based in McLean (Virginia), will be active in the development and management of activities related to the maintenance of green spaces in infrastructure and industrial settings within the State of Virginia. The operation represents a further step in the Group’s strategy to consolidate its position in the North American market, which is considered a priority for Ecogest’s international growth.

The governance of the new company will be entrusted to a Board of Directors comprising Valerio Molinari (Chairman), Tommaso Molinari (CEO) and Pietro Torchi Lucifora (Secretary).

“Our expansion in the United States continues according to an organisational model increasingly geared towards the industrialisation of production processes in the sector,” said Tommaso Molinari, CEO of Ecogest. “We view the US market as a natural evolution of the path we embarked upon in Canada in 2023. Following Ontario, we are ready to expand our presence into the province of Alberta as well, with the aim of gradually building coverage of the North American market over the next 5–7 years.”

The next operational phases involve establishing local partnerships and evaluating investment or acquisition opportunities that will support the group’s commercial development in the United States and Canada.

The Group has been assisted by BonelliErede and the US firm Silvestri International on the legal and strategic aspects of the transaction.
