Main duties:
- Management of general accounts;
- Recording accounting entries (ledger, outgoing and incoming invoices, receipts and payments);
- Support with VAT management (periodic returns and VAT registers);
- Bank reconciliations and balancing of accounting transactions;
- Fixed asset management: recording, depreciation and updating the fixed asset register;
- Support with adjusting entries and year-end closing (accruals, deferrals, provisions);
- Preparation of monthly trial balances;
- Preparation of supporting documentation for the auditors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting and/or a degree in economics;

- Accuracy, reliability and organisational skills;

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage technical and site documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Management), Agricultural Sciences, Forestry Sciences, or related fields;
- Or a technical diploma as a Surveyor (with 3–5 years of experience in the field) and registered with the professional association of surveyors
- Proven experience in technical site management, preferably in the road/highway sector;
- Technical knowledge of landscaping and agronomy, road construction sites, and public contracts
- In-depth knowledge of construction site safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08);

A.S.P.P. / R.S.P.P. – PREVENTION AND PROTECTION SERVICE MANAGER
The person in this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of safety, in accordance with the specific requirements of the role as laid down by law. They will also be assisted in their duties by the internal A.S.P.P. (Prevention and Protection Service Provider), who is already employed by the company. By way of example, and without limitation:
- Management and constant review of all company safety documents, in accordance with regulatory updates;
- Development of safety procedures for various company activities;
- Supervision of the activities of the A.S.P.P. regarding the organization of training courses, medical examinations, and the issuance of authorizations for highway maneuvers, drafting of P.O.S. and D.V.R. for construction sites;
- Selection and verification of training course providers;
- Weekly visits to company worksites to verify the correct application of safety procedures and the correct condition and use of personal protective equipment and safety devices on machinery/equipment;
- Participation in consultations on health and safety at work, including those called by customers, as well as in the periodic meeting referred to in Article 35 of Legislative Decree 81/2008;
- Assisting the General Manager, the Employer’s Delegates, Managers, and Supervisors in the timely fulfillment of their duties pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08.
