Multi-year contracts for road network maintenance in the provinces of Oristano and Verbania-Cusio-Ossola, with a total value of nearly €2 million
Ravenna, March 19, 2026 – Ecogest SpA, Italy’s leading provider of roadside green space maintenance and environmental services, has been awarded two new multi-year contracts for road network maintenance, further strengthening its presence nationwide.
The contracts cover the maintenance of roadside greenery along a section of the road network in the province of Oristano, Sardinia, and road maintenance work in the province of Verbania-Cusio-Ossola, Piedmont.
The total value of the two contracts is just under 2 million euros and helps increase the Ravenna-based company’s order backlog, which is edging ever closer to the 100 million euro mark.
Beyond the financial value, the new contracts confirm Ecogest’s commitment to creating opportunities for collaboration and development for local businesses. In this case as well, the company intends to involve the local supply chain in the affected areas, fostering operational synergies and partnerships with local producers.
“These results are part of Ecogest’s growth trajectory, as the company continues to invest in the development of its activities on a national scale,” stated Valerio Molinari, a shareholder of Ecogest Spa, “while keeping service quality, environmental stewardship, and collaboration with the regions where it operates at the core of its business model.”
With the award of the contract in the province of Oristano, Ecogest consolidates its presence in Sardinia, following the major ANAS contract secured at the end of last year. This signals operational continuity and strengthens the company’s role on the island.
In Piedmont, on the other hand, Ecogest already boasts a well-established presence and has previously worked for ANAS Turin. The new contract in the province of Verbania-Cusio Ossola therefore represents another step in the strategy to strengthen the company’s presence in the region, adding a new project site where the company has already gained operational experience in previous years.
